Andrew Vance has designed lights for over 100 productions. Recent credits include An Act of God for the Alley Theatre, The Graduate for Dirt Dogs Theatre Company, The Whipping Man for the Omaha Playhouse, Much Ado about Nothing, Small Mouth Sounds, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The God Game for Stark Naked Theatre, Evil Dead: The Musical for Ohana Theatre Company, Mr. Burns: A Post Electric Play and The Motherfucker with the Hat for Obsidian Theatre, Rock Nativity, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Miracle Worker, Wedding Belles, The 39 Steps, Godspell, The Diary of Anne Frank, Arsenic & Old Lace, Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure and The Beams are Creaking for AD Players, and the HYPE festival at the Alley Theatre from 2009-2011 and 2013. He was resident lighting designer for the Omaha Ballet and the Omaha Theater Company from 2002-2006. Favorites there include Stuart Little, Seussical, Dracula, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Nutcracker, and the annual Confetti dance program. He has assisted Broadway lighting designers on shows in Houston and in the Northeast. Andrew Vance has a BFA in Lighting Design from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
